With Two national parks including Lake Mburo National Park & the World Famous Bwindi Impenetrable Forest reachable within 5 hours by road , you will always be close to adventure while you stay with us . Bwindi boasts of 16 gorilla families , a bird watching sanctuary and more.. Much closer is Lake Mburo National Park at 45 minutes from Nataaha, teeming with a variety of animals & bird species .
Cultural Sites
We are located 10km from the 1520 AD Biharwe Eclipse Monument.
Located in the Biharwe neighborhood in the town of Mbarara, the 1520 Eclipse Monument was erected in 2014 near the Igongo Cultural Center & Country Hotel.
Long horned Cattle Tour
The Long Horned Ankole cattle are a unique species of cattle that are mainly found in south western Uganda and not in any other part of Uganda or the world.
Ankole Palace Site

Originally opened in 1954, this was the residence of the Ankole Royals until 1966—when then-Prime-Minister Obote introduced to the public a pigeonhole constitution that would lead to his presidency, abolish all kingdoms, send the kings into exile, and this home into ruin. The place is being restored to its original state and will be a powerful cultural site for the future.
